To request reports using inteligenz, please complete the following three sections providing as much detail as possible.
Section 1 - Provide your contact information.
Section 2 - Provide a suggested title for the requested report and necessary information.
Section 3 - Provide an example of the requested report using the corresponding chart and provide any details that may be useful in completing your request. If you have an actual example, please provide that as well. After submitting your request, it will be reviewed and given a priority by inteligenz Staff.
